New QPP Structure

Responsibilities:
checking the email account (daily), general correspondence, setting up and facilitating exec meetings, delegating tasks between exec members, overseeing event planning process, compiling end of year transition manual.
*must hire exec in the fall
DIRECTOR
checking the email account (daily), support to the director, event planning, treasurer
If the director is unable to fufill their duties (i.e. unable to attend a meeting) the Chair has the authority to act in their place.
CHAIR
4-5 POSITION AVAILABLE
1 Person - Design: website maintenance, pride guide, rave cards, posters, button design, printing and publishing
1 Person - Communications: Interviews (The Journal, The Whig Standard, Queen`s Media, CFRC), distributing Pride Guides, banner making, postering campus, responding to emails concerning advertising
2-3 People - Event Planning
