Guest Speaker Arsham Parsi
Arsham Parsi is founder and Executive Director of the Iranian Railroad for
Queer Refugees (IRQR), an international queer human rights non-governmental organization based in Toronto, Canada. His primary mission is to aid and assist Iranian Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals and Transgendered all over the world.
IRQR documents human rights violations against Iranian queers on the
basis of their sexual orientation and gender identity; provide letters of
support for Iranian queer asylum seekers and refugees and support
anti-homophobia and anti-persecution efforts in Iran.
